Contact us within 14 days after delivery with your order number, the product name and the reason for your request. Please keep the original packaging and do not send anything back until we confirm the return address.
Unused items in their original condition and hardware that arrives damaged or does not work will be reviewed for a return, replacement or refund. We assess opened, used or customer-damaged items individually and explain the decision before a return is sent.
Firmware and installation services are reviewed according to what has already been delivered or performed and the law that applies to your order. Contact us before delivery or service begins if you need to cancel.
We will confirm the return method, shipping responsibility and any refund amount with you before you send a parcel. Once the returned item is received and checked, we will tell you the outcome. Keep tracking information for any return shipment.
